Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Many types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

You must pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
